(a) The “Owner” refers to Khan’s Party Hire.
(b) The “Hirer” is the individual, organization, or business renting equipment from Khan’s Party Hire.
(c) The “Equipment” includes all items, props, and accessories provided to the Hirer.
(d) “Terms” refers to these Terms and Conditions of Hire.
(a) The hire period begins on the commencement date specified on your invoice and lasts for the agreed duration. Extensions must be approved by Khan’s Party Hire in writing.
(b) The Hirer confirms they have received adequate instructions on using the equipment properly, including demonstrations or verbal guidance.
(c) The equipment must only be used for its intended purpose and in suitable locations (e.g., indoor vs. outdoor use as specified).
(d) The Hirer assumes full responsibility for the equipment and will be liable for any damages incurred during the hire period.
(a) The Hirer agrees to pay the hire fee and any applicable GST, penalties, or additional charges specified in the agreement.
(b) Full payment must be received before the hire commencement date, or the booking may be canceled.
(c) Late returns will incur additional hire fees at the agreed daily rate until the equipment is returned.
Payments are structured as follows:
(d) A security bond(refundable) may be required for pickups/deliveries and will be refunded on the same day of hire returns, provided no damage or loss occurs.
(e) All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
(a) 25% of the total hire cost is due upon confirmation of the booking and is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
(a) Equipment must be returned clean with no damage, or a cleaning/damage fee will apply.
(b) The Hirer must grant access to Khan’s Party Hire staff at reasonable times to collect or inspect the equipment.
(c) Safe and proper access to the event site must be provided by the Hirer if in case you need us for installation.
(d) The Hirer is liable for any injury, damage, or loss suffered by Khan’s Party Hire representatives while on-site.
(e) Delivery charges are based on ground-level access. Additional fees may apply for difficult terrains or upper/lower-level delivery.
(a) The Hirer is responsible for the equipment during the hire period and must cover all damages or losses.
(b) The Hirer must protect the equipment from adverse weather conditions and other risks during the hire period.
(c) The Hirer agrees to maintain insurance coverage for the equipment, ensuring full protection against loss or damage.
(d) Khan’s Party Hire is not liable for any damages or injuries caused by the use of the equipment. The Hirer indemnifies the Owner against such claims.
(e) If multiple parties hire the equipment, all parties share joint responsibility.
(f) Any booking confirmation, deposit, or payment indicates acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
(g) Damaged equipment may be purchased by the Hirer if approved by Khan’s Party Hire.
