Tropical island birthday party ideas

Tropical island birthday party ideas are easier when the theme is built around one bold backdrop. In Sunshine, our Moana set suits backyards, family homes, halls and function venues, so you can choose a setup that fits your space and guest list.

Moana birthday decorations

For Moana birthday decorations that look polished, choose a single dominant backdrop and add texture around it. Our set gives Sunshine families that focal point ready to go.

Moana party setup ideas

1. Set the backdrop against a plain wall and surround it with real or faux tropical leaves.
2. Use the plinths for the cake, cupcakes and party favours to add height.
3. Add a low table with fruit and drinks in coconut cups for the tropical feel.
